More About Emily

Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist, qualified to treat both people and animals. Emily grew up in The Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales, before going on to study Physiotherapy in The University of the West of England (UWE), graduating in 2019. Emily has since worked as a human physiotherapist in Bristol, gaining a wealth of experience in different settings including, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and community settings. Emily continues to work as a human physiotherapist alongside her own business and is currently specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Emily went on to study her Masters Degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2021 in Hartpury University. She has obtained her PgDip in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2023 and has since graduated from her Masters Degree in 2024. Emily is able to provide Physiotherapy for animals as well as people. 

​

Emily has been around animals all her life, having grown up with horses and dogs. Emily has always been a keen horse rider, having been a member of the local pony club and currently still owns and rides her horse Albie. Growing up around animals has given her an empathetic outlook on looking after animals through both the good and bad. Emily has first hand experience on the dedication involved in caring for animals and the input they require to lead happy, healthy lives. Emily is extremely passionate about contributing to an animal's welfare in a positive way which influenced her decision to complete her dream of becoming a Veterinary Physiotherapist.
